O Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol Feminino ou ainda Brasileirão Feminino – Série A1 é a liga brasileira de futebol feminino profissional entre clubes do Brasil disputada desde 2013, sendo a principal competição futebolística do país. É através dela que é indicado o representante brasileiro para a Copa Libertadores da América. A competição é organizada pela Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF).
Em 2013, a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol, em parceria com a Caixa Econômica Federal, organizou a primeira edição do Campeonato Brasileiro, com a participação das 20 melhores equipes do Ranking da CBF de Futebol Feminino.
Em 2017, a Confederação Brasileira de Futebol alterou a fórmula de disputa da competição, tendo reduzido a 1ª divisão de 20 para 16 times e criado a Série A2, também com 16 equipes.[6] A ampliação no Campeonato Brasileiro foi acompanhada pelo cancelamento da Copa do Brasil de Futebol Feminino.
Em 2019, a Band adquiriu os direitos de transmissão da CBF. Em novembro de 2020, a ESPN Brasil passou a transmitir a competição. Em 2021 o canal esportivo do YouTube Desimpedidos, adquiriu os direitos de transmissão da CBF.
Historicamente, os times paulistas dominam a disputa, tendo vencido 9 das 10 edições já realizadas (com 5 times campeões: Centro Olímpico, Corinthians, Ferroviária, Rio Preto e Santos). Além disso, os times paulistas também são responsáveis por todos os títulos do Brasil na Copa Libertadores da América de Futebol Feminino (com 5 times campeões: Audax, Corinthians, Ferroviária, Santos , São José-SP e Palmeiras) . Curiosamente, Audax e São José-SP são campeões continentais, mas nunca venceram o Campeonato Brasileiro (tendo se classificado para a Libertadores ao vencer a extinta Copa do Brasil de Futebol Feminino).
Em maio de 2021, foi anunciado a criação da Série A3, com 32 clubes
