Vinagre
A primeira opção natural que você tem é usar vinagre branco com água em partes iguais. Você pode aplicá-lo umedecendo um pano e esfregando nos móveis e cantos das paredes, ou espremendo com um spray próximo dos locais onde os insetos têm costume de andar. Esse produto é um poderoso eliminador de odores.
Cítricos
Outra alternativa caseira é usar cascas de laranja ou limão. Depois de cortar as fatias, passe as cascas sobre os móveis e cantos para que o aroma cítrico fique impregnado. Deixe secar e verá que o odor das baratas terá sumido por completo.
Polidor de móveis
Você também pode usar diretamente o polidor de móveis, o que geralmente já usa, mas com uma maior frequência. Se o produto escolhido for incolor, melhor ainda, pois poderá passar em outros locais, como partes do piso perto do sofá, canto dos móveis, etc.
