O parque municipal de Cabo Frio possui diversas espécies de plantas advindas da região da Mata Atlântica. Além disso, o local também possui diversas trilhas ecológicas e diferentes atividades disponibilizadas para o público que se interessar em visitar. Pensando nisso, o parque foi palco de diversas atividades lúdicas em comemoração ao dia do Mico Leão Dourado.
Onde aconteceu a atividade?
Em primeiro lugar, em comemoração ao dia da espécie em questão, a prefeitura municipal da cidade de Cabo Frio, realizou atividades lúdicas envolvendo idosos e pescadores da região. Assim, tal evento aconteceu a partir das 9 horas da manhã na terça-feira, dia 02 de agosto do ano de 2022. Assim, as atividades ocorreram no Parque Natural Municipal, que se localiza no bairro Centro Hípico.
Qual o objetivo dessa ação?
Ademais, o evento foi uma parceria da Secretaria Municipal do Meio Ambiente e Saneamento, juntamente com o Instituto Ecovida e com a Secretaria da Melhor Idade. Desse modo, segundo representantes dessas instituições que trabalharam em conjunto.
Então a ação no dia do Mico Leão Dourado teve como principal objetivo a aproximação dos cidadãos com o parque municipal da cidade. Além disso, as atividades tiveram foco na importância de se preservar o ambiente e os animais representantes dessa espécie.
Dessa forma, o evento contou com a participação de cerca de 130 pessoas idosas levadas pela secretaria municipal que representa essa faixa etária. Por fim, os trabalhadores que pescam guaimuns na região, também fizeram parte das atividades no parque municipal.
“Diversas áreas do parque receberam ações de plantio. Foram 714 quilômetros que receberam 6.650 mudas de espécies nativas da Mata Atlântica, além dos 1.500 metros de cercas lineares, implantadas no entorno.
O Parque ganhou também ocas tecidas em cipó, pelos artesãos da Comsercaf. Temos também o meliponário, com abelhas sem ferrão e o orquidário com mudas nativas. Trabalhamos também com a retirada de resíduos sólidos e controle de crimes ambientais, para combate do desmatamento, invasão e caça”, conta a secretária.
Quais atividades sendo realizadas?
Segundo os organizadores, as atividades realizadas compostas por diferentes visitas às trilhas guiadas que existem no parque, bem como do meliponário, ou seja, ao abrigo de abelhas que também há no local.
Outrossim, os visitantes também visitaram as ocas e o viveiro de mudas de plantas nativas que estão no parque. Por fim, houve apresentações e atividades de cunho cultural.
