Segundo a página Tua Saúde escrita em março de 2022 pela nutricionista Tatiana Zanin, a melhor maneira de você preparar o chá com a folha de pitanga é:
Ingredientes
2 colheres de sopa da folha da pitanga e precisa está 100% seca;
1 L de água bem fervente.
Modo de preparo
O primeiro passo é ferver a água e após isso, desligar o fogo. O segundo passo é adicionar as folhas de pitanga, tampar e deixar de repouso por mais ou menos 10 minutinhos. O último processo é coar e beber até 3 xícaras por dia.
Importante: Se você possui hipertensão, não deve, de forma alguma, beber o chá da folha de pitanga, os componentes presentes na folha pode ir contra o tratamento da doença.

Por fim, agora que você já sabe os benefícios dessa fruta maravilhosa, é importante aprender a como planta – lá no em sua casa, se liga nesse passo a passo.
