Os seres humanos, ao longo da história, passaram a domesticar animais. Sobretudo, os nossos pets são mamíferos, porque podem desenvolver melhor o sentimento de companheirismo. Entretanto, existem muitos animais sem lar hoje em dia. Por isso, em vez de comprar um cachorro ou um gato, o melhor é adotar um. Assim, você dará abrigo a um animal local, contribuindo ainda mais com a sociedade.
Para adoção responsável, os candidatos entrevistados para garantir que a segurança, a saúde e o bem-estar do animal não estejam em risco. Para adotar, você deve ter pelo menos 18 anos e apresentar comprovante de residência e documentos pessoais.
Como foi a feira de doação de pets em Petrópolis?
A feira ocorreu no último sábado, dia 23 de julho de 2022 no Parque Municipal Prefeito Paulo Rattes. Ela teve início às 10 horas da manhã e encerrou por volta das 15 horas da tarde. Além disso, a Coordenação de Vigilância Ambiental da Secretaria de Saúde compareceu ao local para aplicar a vacina antirrábica.
Dez animais estavam disponíveis para a adoção. Entretanto, os interessados deveriam ter mais de 18 anos de idade. Ademais, foi necessário mostrar a identidade (RG), o comprovante de residência e o CPF. Dessa forma, a Prefeitura poderia ter garantias de que o animal doado não seria despejado de forma alguma.
Haverá novas feiras dessa modalidade na região?
Até hoje, cerca de 87 pets sendo adotados por meio desse tipo de campanha só no ano de 2022. Portanto, o evento pode ser considerado um sucesso. Afinal, muitos bichinhos estão ganhando lares em que tratados adequadamente.
Por isso, outra feira de doação de pets está sendo organizada para o próximo sábado, dia 30 de julho e 2022. Ela acontecerá na Praça Dom Pedro com início às 10 horas e término por volta das 15 horas. Como a anterior, uma equipe especializada estará presente para realizar a vacinação antirrábica.
Por fim, importante salientar que todos os animais colocados à doação devidamente cuidados. Ou seja, são castrados, vermifugados e vacinados. Dessa forma, não há qualquer perigo de contaminação por parte dos cães e gatos oferecidos nessas feiras.
